This sound bath will be unlike any other due to the extra tool of ear acupuncture. This is a 5-needle procedure, with 5 needles in each ear. The five points the needles are hitting are the sympathetic nervous system (creating a pause on our fight or flight instincts), our spiritual gate, kidney, liver, and lung.
