    Melanie has been a licensed clinical mental health counselor for nearly a decade, offering support through therapy, expression, and artistic connection, with a passion for nutritional psychology. As a woman of color, she’s long envisioned a BIPOC-affirmed space that viewed representation as an essential component of mind and body healthcare. Her mission is to hold space for individuals and families who have experienced various elements of trauma. To help them form lasting attachments and provide a mirror for clients to truly see themselves, no matter where they come from.

  • Emalee Assenberg, LMFT

    Emalee passionately believes every person has the potential for emotional vitality, positive self-worth, and fulfilling relationships. With her unique blend of family systems training and experiential therapy, she helps clients understand how trauma, attachment patterns, and unconscious conditioning currently impact their health, behaviors, and happiness. She provides compassionate, results-oriented therapy that is both practical and transformative. She works best with clients who like her direct style and use of creativity and humor to enliven the therapeutic process.   • Ashley Greenwell, PhD

    Dr. Ashley Greenwell, is a Psychologist and owner of Greenwell Psychology & Consulting, an organization that focuses on helping clients reclaim their sense of vitality after facing chronic stress, trauma, and medical challenges. She trained with the National Center for PTSD and Mayo Clinic to more fully integrate the physical and psychological domains. Dr. Greenwell collaborates across disciplines to support her clients in navigating the complexity within today’s healthcare system.     Chezlie strives to support healing based on the belief that everyone deserves to feel safe, worthy and have trusting relationships, including the one with themselves. Chezlie has been a practicing mental health therapist for 14 years, specializing in trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety and abuse.

  • Sarah McCormick, PhD

    Sarah McCormick, PhD, completed her doctoral training at the California School of Professional Psychology, internship at the Iowa City VA, and fellowship in Primary Care Psychology at the San Francisco VA. Prior to opening her practice, she worked for 5 years as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Family Medicine at the University of Utah. 

    Sarah specializes in guiding adults struggling with transitions, relationships/communication issues, depression, and anxiety. While she has training in many different approaches, ultimately each individual’s/couple’s needs are unique and treatment focuses on improving quality of life.

    Above all, she believes the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between the client(s) and the therapist. 

    When she isn’t seeing clients, she enjoys running, exploring the mountains, and cooking.                          

    Sarah accepts Regence BCBS (HMHI-BHN) and private pay. She can provide a superbill for clients utilizing out-of-network benefits.

  • Aubrey Meyer, LCSW

    Aubrey is committed and dedicated to restoring our connections with ourselves and with our loved ones. While conflict is a normal process of our everyday lives, it causes extreme dysfunction when not handled with the care, compassion, and proper attunement that so many of us deserve. Aubrey has been a practicing clinician for over 10 years, specializing in trauma, attachment wounds, substance abuse, and high-conflict dynamics.

    Aubrey sees children 10 and older, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. She is trained in EMDR and is a Certified Mediator who is an informed member of the Association for Familial and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).     Brittany Northrup, CSW, believes in discussing all topics openly to foster understanding and acceptance. She aims to create a nurturing environment where clients can grow, heal, and empower themselves. Starting her career in education, Brittany taught English in South Korea and Taiwan and traveled through New Zealand, enriching her understanding of diverse cultures and people. These experiences inspired her transition to social work, where she now connects with clients at Planted Healing. Brittany's therapeutic practice incorporates cultural humility and focuses on self-confidence, sex positivity, body acceptance, and healthy relationships. She uses Humanistic Therapy, Sex Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), along with LGBTQIAP+-Informed and Trauma-Informed approaches.

  • Jonathan Ravarino, PhD, LCSW

    Jonathan is dually licensed as a psychologist and clinical social worker. With over 20 years of experience providing therapy, he draws on a variety of psychological and performance-based interventions to assist clients. He works with young adults and adults. Areas of special proficiency include working with athletes and their parents, men’s health, high performance psychology, and mindfulness therapies.

    Jonathan is currently the Director of Psychology & Wellness for the Department of Athletics at the University of Utah. He completed his graduate education at the University of Utah (Ph.D., MS, MSW) and psychology residency at Duke University. Research and teaching are an important part of his identity and he holds an Adjunct Clinical Faculty position at the College of Social Work.

    On a personal note, Jonathan loves adventure and is an avid ultra distance athlete with over 20 race finishes, including the Boulder Ironman, Kona Ironman, and Wasatch100.
